2 techinal rounds, 1 HR round. Worst management ever. They told me that I am selected and even discussed the salary, took all my documents then ghosted me. If you cant afford to hire someone please dont waste their precious time by interviewing them or atleast have the professionalism to reply atleast send a rejection email. Ghosting a candidate after asking for documents telling them they are selected is utter disrespectful behaviour.
