There was an initial phone call and then a Skype interview. You had to take a test online which was difficult, and then there was an in person interview which had a quick decision afterwards.

Interview
I submitted my resume and Human Resources called me within a few days. I had two interviews and completed an online test. Then was offered the job. I did have to take a drug test before starting.
