Synchrony Group interview questions

Everyone I interviewed with was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their work. Unfortunately, the internal recruiter was very difficult to reach and often failed to follow up as promised or respond to inquiries. I had trouble getting updates throughout several stages of the interview process, which ultimately left me with an extremely negative impression of the company’s communication and organization.

I had a phone interview with Nicole and it went great. Only good vibes and a seamless conversation. She asked me for the green light to move ahead and speak with the creative director, which I gave. I genuinely was interested as our conversation went so well, but everything shifted after the phone call. She sent a follow up, I sent a follow up with my availability to schedule the next interview, ghosted. I emailed new availability as the time original times had past, ghosted. I sent one last email 2 weeks later, ghosted... Genuinely confused as she said on the phone "my experience is great and I shouldn't have an issue getting into a senior role".
