Interview
it was more a technical round with questions from QTP ,Selenium and usual automation based questions.There were few questions based on SQL and Java/C#.Interviewer is mainly looking for a flexible resource ,ready to switch between any languages,
Process was good and joined the interviewer on time but it was hard for 1 year automation experience.
Asked core concepts of Java and mostly string and constructors classes testNG

Interview
Got a call from Consultancy and the first technical round was held.
I was informed, that the first round has been cleared.
But tried to reach them after that for 10 consecutive days but all in vain (Wanted them to conduct the second round). They Stopped receiving calls and even did not reply to the emails.
This should not be the management of a company, as this is a waste of time for both the interviewer and the interviwee..
