Interviews were scheduled in a timely manner and consisted of two session of interviews. The first one was with the CEO where he asked some general questions and explained what the majority of the work they do looked like on a weekly basis, what travel might look like and some other benefits and basic information. The second interview was more specific where we got into what I might be doing, how to schedule and plan my weeks, what specific travel plans might look like and some things they expect out of their employees. Both interviews were very insightful and both the senior staff members I was interviewed by were easy to have conversations with and clearly passionate about the work that they do. One other thing I also appreciated was that they made a point of describing the requirements for being able to advance in their company in the first interview. I have gotten a job offer from this company but will be waiting on an upcoming in person meeting before I accept/ decline the offer.
