I applied on summer time, after that it took like a month to hear from them, the manager asked me 3 questions and a week later I was told to come to orientation.

Why do you want to work here Where do you work? Do you have any experience working in retail stores?
Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.
series of basic but informartive questions about person and how they fit into the culture and environment at the workplace. nothing crazy just simple basic questions. was with a store manager
It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
