I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Cupertino, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
3-4 days after I applied online, I was contacted by phone to set up an interview. The interview was relatively easy, a few questions about my resume and other basic questions. My interview was a bit longer than it should be because since I applied online, I had to fill out a physical application in-store because they do not receive online applications. After the interview, I was asked to attend orientation the next day. Overall, it was a very positive experience, the manager was very nice and friendly!
very easy and simple, i felt very heard and that they were interested in my work history and what i could add to the team! over all a very good interview and place to work
The TJ Maxx process is fast and straightforward, typically involving a single 20-minute interview. Managers focus on your schedule availability, multitasking abilities, and personality fit for a fast-paced retail environment.
I applied and they called about a week later and I was offered the position on the spot. This was my first job interview during COVID and it went fine. The manager that interviewed me is no longer there, but still a great place.
