Got a random call one day from the store asking if I could do a Phone interview on the spot and it was about 10-15 minutes. They asked a few questions and if I can come in the following day for in person interview.

very easy and simple, i felt very heard and that they were interested in my work history and what i could add to the team! over all a very good interview and place to work

I applied and they called about a week later and I was offered the position on the spot. This was my first job interview during COVID and it went fine. The manager that interviewed me is no longer there, but still a great place.
