I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TXNM Energy (Albuquerque, NM) in Jul 2025
Interview
Applied online and was called by a fellow supply chain analyst maybe a few weeks later to schedule an interview a few weeks after that, interviewed online by a director and 2 other individuals in the department through webex. Individuals were very nice but director popped off questions that weren't expected or relating to the job but about my previous experience. Webex program had technical issues throughout the interview, and I was to present small business data they provided and come up with a fictional story to discuss the data. I was told in the interview I would be contacted either way about a month later with a decision and never received any communication and its been over a month now.
