It was pretty simple. I just walked in, asked for an application, and got a call from the manager the following day. About an hour after the call I came in, saw the place, met the workers and that was pretty much it. He did ask me a bit about what I put on the application, and being a student, how much I wanted to work, but it was very reasonable and definitely casual.
