Tadbir Pardaz interview questions

They invited me for a face-to-face interview even in covid-19 pandemic... I went to their office but it started with 1 hour delay! They asked many unrelated questions, even about my family and their job or age... They work with outdated and old technologies, you have not any chance to experience new technologies. They don't pay on time and you have to work on-site even in pandemic. Therefore, I decided to cancel my offer and work with another company. Trust me, don't waste time with this amateur company.
