Initial phone interview where I was asked a bit about myself and then told more about the company. This was then followed by an on-site interview with 2 managers where they asked a range of competency based questions as well as questions about myself and my pharma experience.

Interview
Saw the place, saw the immediate co-worker superiors although they had night shifts the day before. Aright place, it's all set up. They would pay you up 6% and the first year on the income ladder they would let you skip to come to them instead of another company.
