Interview
The interview process started with appointment with the HR personnel. In the process the HR personnel asked for general questions like why we would leave the current company, the current role, etc. Then continued with the hiring manager in which we discussed things more related to the work that we are applying. The last interviewer was with someone from the regional office with whom we would work a lot. And there they asked more about related to the local regulation.

The interview process was relatively fast and fair. There was a prompt follow up and direct communication by human resource person during the process.The process still took about 3 months, with much distance between interview steps.

Interview
Very long 8+ tightly packed interviews, that was very difficult to accommodate in a busy schedule. I found the initial HR interview very intrusive, requesting a lot of information I was not ready to disclose. All interviewees were very friendly, open and professional. Some difficult technical questions, but I took away the real state of what projects would be like. I enjoyed the conversations. However, I did not received the offer, and the feedback provided was rather shady.
