Screening interview: The first contact with a candidate, which can be a phone call or a short in-person meeting. The interviewer checks the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience to determine if they should move on to the next stage. Screening interviews can also be group interviews at job fairs or hiring events.
4 rounds of interviews, first one phone call with HR, second one with an employee in Takeda, third and fourth ones, with hiring managers. It was smooth. Need to know statistics concepts and explain clearly.
