HR interview that was a 30 min phonecall. She explained the job and asked me to run through my resume, then asked a question from the hiring manager. She passed on my info to him and I got an automated rejection email.

Second round - call with hiring manager
Third round - 20 minute panel presentation and anywhere from four to six one-on-one's with different people on the team
