You do an assessment, a test resume to see if you write well. If you pass you get and interview. If you are selected, they email you a contract. Everything is done remotely.

Interview
Initial electronic Writing Assessment took about an hour to complete. Notification of test results received within 24 hours, followed by the scheduling of a brief phone interview. The interview was confirmed within 3 business days and lasted for approximately 20 minutes.
The interview process is simple and straightforward: an initial email, followed by a writing assessment, and finally a 15-20 min. conversation with a recruiter. All of this was completed within a week.
