It was a 3 stage process, beginning with an initial call from their internal recruiter as a screening call. This was followed by a pre-interview task to create a presentation, and to present this to the SLT. Afterwards, there was a lovely casual interview with some of the directors. I felt instantly at home speaking with the team, and knew it would be the right move to make. I wasn't wrong! Year later, still love it!
