Talently interview questions

I did't like the process at all. First, they sent me the invitation to an interview without even asking me about availability. Fortunately I could, but it's not the way. Second, the interviewers ask you to turn on the camera but they don't turn it on. Finally, the technical level of the questions is low, but for some reason they later send you an email saying that you did not answer (obviously they do not answer if you try to contact them)
