First interview was an HR interview with some basic behavioural and personal questions. This was a casual conversation and was about 25-30 mins. Second interview was a business case in which candidates are asked to create a presentation for an assigned problem. This was a 20 minute presentation with a brief Q&A, and then some more career and past experience questions. Only complaint is that after going back and forth on emails and answering them immediately, they did not have the courtesy to send a rejection email or anything of the sort.
