I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tanium
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Phone screening call, about 30 minutes. Homework (reading and videos) assignment sent via email. A timed tech test (mostly on things like network, ports, UDP, linux, sys admin stuff) also sent via email. It takes about 20 mins to complete. The answers don't necessarily need to be "correct", before you submit, but it helps if you know them all.
Then, an interview with a director level manager. Another email from recruiter. Then, a tech panel interview with working TAMs (2-3), where you review the tech test (asking questions about your answers) and they decide from there whether to move forward with you as a candidate.
Overall very involved process. The tech test (and how easy/difficult it is for you to answer) should let you know if you're a good fit for the role or not. You can decide for yourself from there.

Interview
One of the hardest but most rewarding interviews I've been through so far, multiple step interview that is comparable to what you would see with any silicon valley interview process.
