The interview process was very scripted and didn’t feel like a conversation. The recruiter only wanted to know about past quota performance vs. how to create a positive culture. All questions were based on past performance vs future capabilities. Did not feel the questions were open enough to get to know me, my strengths and what I would bring to Tanium. - very disappointing.
Definitely recommend evaluating your criteria.
