Meine Vorstellungsgespräche waren menschlich sehr angenehm, die gestellten Fragen bezogen sich nicht nur auf die vergangene berufliche Entwicklung, sondern auch auf die persönliche. Es wurde sich Zeit genommen, den persönlichen Fit sicherzustellen und ich konnte alle meine Fragen vorab stellen. Insgesamt lief der Prozess sehr schnell ab und es gab immer einen festen Ansprechpartner.

The interview process was poorly managed, marked by frequent cancellations and delays. Scheduled interviews were often postponed without adequate notice, and when they did occur, they started late. Throughout the process, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the steps involved and the overall structure, leaving candidates confused and frustrated. This disorganization reflected badly on the company's professionalism and respect for the candidates' time.
