It was narrative but free-flowing at the same time. You that there are standard questions, but probing asks made it more interesting. We started with introductions, getting to know each other, then hit off the road right away. A kind of interview I like, cut the chase.

Heavy on behavioural based interview. Needs to know you are culture fit! The recruiters are on time and provides real-time feedback including your areas for improvement. Also, they are very approachable, and will really assist you through out the onboarding process.
