A third-party hiring agency had submitted my CV. I have a more assessments-focused profile, but it looks like the role required more experience in pedagogy and digital pedagogy. I'm unsure why my CV was even shortlisted considering that they asked very textbookish questions that I would not have had answers to without a master's degree in education. I also got the sense that the interviewers weren't listening to me at all. I was not allowed to complete most of my responses, they (the male panelist especially) interrupted me constantly. Overall, it was a negative and fruitless experience. I am not sure about what they actually do. Unless you have experience in exactly what they do, don't bother applying or taking their interviews.
