One-round interview which is a big plus, but the technical interview was held by a non-technical manual tester guy who clearly has no idea about test automation, just take some random, online-found questions, but he was not really know I was already answered to his question before, or what I am asking.. responsibilities was totally unclear for him, I was applied to a medior/senior automation position and expected me to answer as a test manager...
Luckily the decline letter arrived - in a very machine-generated, template-answer at 3.am which is a big alarm for me :p even in case of a positive feedback...- so I shouldn't decide between money and professionality :) as the offered money was good enough :)
