Extremely quick which is great but they were really trying to rush things around timing and notice which didn’t sit right. Fake sense of urgency which is a business issue not a candidate. The recruiter seemed like a young kid, never followed anything up in writing and only discussed benefits (without full knowledge of leave and holiday processes) at the last minute.
