      Inside Sales Representative Interview

      13 Mar 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Seattle, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TeamSnap (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2024

      Interview

Had a nice first interview and was told I'd be meeting with their dept Manager. When I went into my interview it started off with a completely different person than who I was told I was meeting, but then the second Manager joined shortly after. Everything was going okay until I was asked on the spot to do a mock cold call. I was never given me any heads' up about this and so I was completely unprepared and caught off-guard. In my past experience when employers request mock cold calls, I have always been informed of this in advance so I can prepare. I do not consider this to be a pleasant candidate experience at all and it left me with a negative feeling about this employer.

      Question 1

Despite not knowing much about our platform and not knowing what to ask, can you cold call me?
