I understand your issue regarding login access. Please do not worry, I will help you resolve it. Could you please confirm your employee ID and error message? Thank you for the information. I will troubleshoot the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.” ## 3rd Round: Technical + HR “I have basic knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting steps. I know the difference between IPv4 and IPv6, password reset process, VPN, and remote desktop support. As a fresher, I am eager to learn new technologies and improve my technical skills.
