Worst, interviewer is late and the round was rapid fire for 7 mins and disappeared from the call. Worst experience ever. Techm should focus on interview process to make candidate to feel they are in right place

I got call from Tech M HR for the interview. Interviewer joined late and then he asked few questions related to my work and past experience. Next day I got selection email from tech Mahindra that I got selected and I have to submit documents. So I have submitted the documents next day. After few days, I got call for HR discussion. HR told we will send you the offer. But I did not receive! I also emailed them asking about the update. But no answer. I also called her. But her phone was switched off. Then after few days, recruiter emailed that they hired internally. They don't need me anymore.

Very bad it's a place you cannot work. Pay is difficult to get right. It's never what you worked it's always somehow less and they justify it by saying they will pay what they owe which is then taxed and you get less of the money you worked for

The process was great we have shortlisting followed by PI interview and then after we have functional interview which was great and I have learned through out the process. I have detailed domain knowledge and experience so it went well
