It was a pool campus drive. Interview process was first online test followed by one technical and then HR. HR seemed to be like a formality. Written had questions based on everything(quantitative, technical, analytical, verbal) but was easy to clear. Technical round depended on the interviewer. Some interviewers asked technical questions and some asked general questions.

it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative
