first technical telephonic round happened then telephonic hr round happened then compensation discussion happened on phone then offer letter was mailed the next day. i then took print out and then signed and sent it back by scanning and emailing to the hr department. on the joining day i was taken face to face hr round and background verification by collecting my past experience certificates and educational certificates copies
