TechMileage Software Solutions interview questions

Had a phone screen with HR for about 15 minutes and it went well as she discussed the background of the company and what they were looking for. Recommended me for a phone interview with the CEO a few days later. CEO was 15 minutes late due to a meeting running long. First bad sign. Sounded as if he were just standing in a hallway as I could hear many people speaking and moving in the background and it was hard to hear for the entirety of the interview. The interview only lasted about 5 minutes or so and that was it. Followed up with an email a week later and was told by the CEO he would get back to me with the next steps in the interview process. Never heard back after that. I have no problem with not being selected for a position, but the manner in which my time was wasted and I was lied to was very unprofessional.
