TechR2 interview questions

You submit your resume and they reach out with a written questionnaire. They then schedule an interview and they tell you about the company, they don't really ask any questions about you then say they will get in touch within a week. But then there is absolutely no follow-up, no calls or emails and they won't respond to follow-ups. I'm assuming that it's a no go since they decided to ghost me despite my following all hiring etiquette... I'd recommend the company get their hiring etiquette in order as you will lose good candidates due to lack of communication
