Interview
It was a one on one interview with a young lady who was part of the research and development staff. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. She was pleased with my qualifications and said she would recommed me to the owners for hire. Once she did this, I was offered and accepted the position.
One of the questions asked was:
What experience did I have working in small business offices, and what were the tasks performed?
