First was with Ai, and then met with a recruiter and then the team. Great process with great people in place. Communication was great as well. Although I did not get the job, I felt it was a great learning process
I applied online. I interviewed at TechnologyAdvice (West Columbia, SC) in Feb 2026
Interview
Everything was clearly communicated with me, the process was definitely thorough but they detailed everything upfront. I did not move past the skills assessment, but again my recruiter was prompt with all communications.

Question 1
I don't remember verbatim but did ask about previous employment and work history.
I applied online. I interviewed at TechnologyAdvice in Dec 2025
Interview
They have series of interview, from initial HR, to Hiring Manager and with the team department, operations and a mini presentation at the finale of their 5-6 hour test drive. All I can say, is that its a time consuming for candidates who ended up without concrete reasons after a 2-3 weeks of unpaid tests, etc. beware of this, as you go along you won't have a sense of how well did you do or compete with other candidates, the only clue I had was, they re-opened the job posting 3days before they email a rejection message. They are looking for a unicorn, that's how I see it, and lots of BS on their culture compass.

Question 1
TestDrive could be the final interview, mini presentation and lots of validation, as if they are hiring a newly grad. Hello.
