I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Technomic in Jul 2022
Interview
I had a 15-20 minute phone screening interview with a manager. Most of the questions were related to work ethic and whether I would be able to meet metrics or not. During the interview I asked how long the interview process would be and the way it was phrased I believe this was the only interview before being hired.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Technomic (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was a multiple-process phone interview. No in-person meeting required. The trick is to have the website open and their products in each tab for easy accessibility. The interview overall is not that bad. Focus on your resume and cover-letter. Also, it is important to be concise and to the point during the interview. Do not go on about stuff the interviewer did not ask.
It was a phone interview. We go through the process even though they said I am overqualified. Everything is fine during the interview. However, the reason why I did not get the job was not owning to overqualified. It is because HR messed up my application. They sent me the confirmation email of receiving my application but HR said they never got my documents for Research Assistant and they are interviewing me another position which I am overqualified for. After I found out they messed up, they stop response my email. Even though I am just politely asking for help from them.
