There were two phases. First a preliminary phone discussion with and HR/Recruiter. Secondly, a interview/discussion with a SME. Both interviews were reasonable in length. The process form first contact to offer letter was very slow compared to my past experiences. During the time it took them to process me, I ended up getting 2 other offers of employment and ultimately took one of the other jobs. Had their process gone faster, that wouldnt have been the case.
