Teknicor interview questions

I was essentially ghosted after the first round. I followed up for an update but received no response, and later saw on LinkedIn that the recruiter had filled the role. Not the best candidate experience, timely communication makes a big difference. the interview process is screening with HR, then with the director, then with the CEO.
