I applied and interviewed online. There were two interviewers and a few technical glitches on their side. It was a very unusual interview, both managers were impolite and showed a total lack of empathy, which is strange for a company in the health tech industry. It was stressful, the questions would have been more appropriate for the director's role (she was interviewing), and the person leading the interview had only 3 years work experience so wasn't really an appropriate person to be conducting the interview, and also lacked the skills to interview properly.
