Interview
Was contacted via a recruiter and then setup with a phone call with the hiring manager. Had a good positive conversation for about an hour with the hiring manager. About three weeks later I was invited to the facility for an on-site interview with four persons for about two hours. Ended up going over due to the last interview (see commentary below).

Question 1
Three of four interviews were typical. Last interview was unusual. I was drilled or questioned on every detail of my resume as if it were a court session. Seemed very inappropriate -- do your background checking outside of the interview.
