Interview
1) 5 people in the room - everybody has several tests to do.
2) Then they ask about your experience and how important it is to get a practice in their company.
3) Then you can ask questions.

The interview was focused mainly on motivation, background and personal qualities. The first stage is a short interview with a recruiting manager than followed by hiring manager. One more or several rounds might follow if you will be considered as a candidate.
