Tend interview questions

- Phone screening: solely to ensure you're qualified, no behavioral/experience based questions - First round interview: 1-on-1 straight forward interview (tell me about you, what do you know about Tend) with friendly hiring rep - Second round interview: 1-on-1 with your future manager, friendly and straightforward like the last - Third round interview: in-office with ~4 team members (separately) with similar questions as before and a few behavioral questions

Very quick phone video interview. Applied for server/bartender local jobs but was asked if I did warehousing. Was asked if I could lift 30 pounds. I did not apply for the warehousing jobs.
