1. HR - Phone Interview
2. Presentation of my CV
3. Interview with the client company
4. Offer
The 3rd part of the interview was weird: I've met a representative of Tenea in order to go to the interview. They had no clue about IT (even the people from the client side were laughing about it), and they didn't say anything during the interview.
Neither of the interviews were technical: it was just to talk about what you know, but not going deeper.
I refused because just in the last interview they presented the full position: I was supposed to work for a project in a company that it's consulted by the company that was the client of Tenea. So it was me working for Tenea, which was working for its client, which was working for another client.
