I would like to share my experience interviewing with this company. Unfortunately, the process was needlessly complex and left me feeling frustrated. After passing the first round, I did not hear from them until I prompted them two weeks later. During the third round of interview, I was unexpectedly given an assignment to complete during for the 4th round of interviews. Additionally, the newly hired investment manager which I had to meet boasted about their past experience despite only having a short internship stint with an investment bank. After completing the last-minute assignment, I was informed that I was rejected, and I did not see any new hires for this position on LinkedIn. Overall, my experience with this company's interview process raises questions about their professionalism and hiring practices.
