It was a long process with multiple interviews that stretched out over a month or more. There was also a job shadow with current team members. Everyone was very professional and seemed happy to be working there.
The interview process was intensive but friendly. A first round interview and a second round. Met the team, got a tour of the facility, did a skills test, and sat down with the manager for the formal interview.
