Pros
Many people were very nice and genuine. This often didn't include management but it wasn't apparent. Wolves in sheeps clothes, I suppose. Free parking.
Cons
One man show, did all of IT and then some. Bizarre culture that feels like high school. Zero transparency in raises or reviewing. Leadership is lacking in every area, and the wage gaps are immoral.
