Didn't bother going forward with the interview. What a red flag on lack of professionalism from the very first email!
It seems like the company does not have a formal HR department because the email was sent by Kim Koolery, the president. I make a point to avoid companies without an HR department because when you have issues with benefits or PTO tracking down the road, no one will be there to guide you.
The email subject was not specific, just "Job opportunity" without even addressing the department, role or recipient in the body of the email. It seems like they just added a ton of people for various roles on BCC instead of writing individual emails.
If you currently have a job, I'd say don't bother taking time away to interview with a company that won't even bother addressing you by name.
