Interview
Started with a brief phone screen. If you do well, you're then invited to meet with the leadership team on site. The on-site interview is two part. First round is with a supervisor then you'll proceed to interview with the manager. The manager will have the behavioral based questions. Just remember to answer using the STAR format.

1) Tell me little bit about your background?
2) Tell me about a time when a customer was angry and lost trust in the company? What did you do?
Telephone interview and the interviewer was late. No warning, I don't recall an apology being offered. Although the interview went well and I was prepared, Unfortunately I was not offered the position.
Was a long process... Seems they are over employed in the hiring department so has to do 4 interviews because they have nothing else to do. I dont recommend working as a CSR as you will only get complaints all day non stop
It was easy and it was 1 or 2 interviews they mainly focused on sales and the experience behind customer service experience. Wanted hypothetical scenarios that would happen when you interacted with a customer and wanted to see if you knew anything about bugs
