Good interview process. Employees seem earnest and genuine. Company seems to have good structure. They answered my question and if the didn't know they found the answers for me. I went through 2 interviews, a screening interview and a interview with the studio coordinators and the team. The hiring terms were less than desirable. They were offering 3 days of PTO for the 1st year, then 5 for the next, etc.... And offered no benefits at the time of the interview. Way too little for anyone who needs to support a family. You also had to complete a 30 day contract prior to any employment offer. This was non negotiable. I replied attempting to negotiate terms to see what we could arrange and did not get a response. I inquired about where we stood and they said the offer still stands but did nothing to accommodate any of my concerns. So ultimately I had to say no.
