Interview
Two members on the panel lasted about 15-20 mins. Asked about 8 questions regarding customer service skills and my previous experince working with the public. I also had to tell them my avaliability then and there. Was fairly relaxed. Took about a week to respond.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
